Collaboration with Processors and Third Parties
If I disclose data to other persons or companies (processors or third parties) during processing, transmit it to them, or otherwise grant them access, this is done solely on the basis of a legal permission, your consent, a legal obligation, or my legitimate interest (e.g., when using agents, web hosts, etc.).
If I commission third parties with data processing based on a so-called "data processing agreement", this is done in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
Transfers to Third Countries
If I process data in a third country (i.e., outside the EU or EEA), or this occurs in the context of using services of third parties, or disclosure/transmission of data to third parties, this only takes place if it is necessary for the fulfillment of my (pre)contractual obligations, based on your consent, a legal obligation, or my legitimate interest.
Subject to legal or contractual permissions, data will only be processed in a third country if the special conditions of Art. 44 ff. GDPR are met. This includes processing based on specific guarantees, such as an officially recognized level of data protection (e.g., for the USA under the "Privacy Shield") or compliance with officially recognized contractual obligations (so-called "standard contractual clauses").
Rights of Data Subjects
You have the right to request confirmation as to whether data concerning you is being processed and to access this data, including further information and a copy of the data, pursuant to Art. 15 GDPR.
In accordance with Art. 16 GDPR, you also have the right to request the completion or correction of inaccurate data.
Pursuant to Art. 17 GDPR, you have the right to demand the immediate deletion of relevant data, or alternatively, in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR, to request a restriction of data processing.
Under Art. 20 GDPR, you have the right to receive your data and request their transfer to another controller.
Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR.

Data Deletion
Data processed by me will be deleted or restricted in accordance with Art. 17 and 18 GDPR. Unless explicitly stated in this privacy policy, data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for its intended purpose and no legal retention obligations prevent deletion.
If data is not deleted because it is needed for other and legally permitted purposes, its processing will be restricted. This means the data is blocked and not processed for other purposes. This applies, for example, to data that must be retained for commercial or tax reasons.
Hosting
The hosting services I use serve to provide the following services: infrastructure and platform services, computing capacity, storage space and database services, security services, and technical maintenance services used for the purpose of operating this online offering.
My hosting provider processes usage data and meta/communication data from customers, prospects, and visitors based on my legitimate interest in the efficient and secure provision of this online offering in accordance with Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR in conjunction with Art. 28 GDPR (data processing agreement).
Collection of Access Data and Log Files
I, or my hosting provider, collect data on every access to the server where this service is located (so-called server log files) based on my legitimate interests within the meaning of Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR.
Access data includes the name of the accessed website, file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, message about successful access, browser type and version, the user's operating system, referrer URL (previously visited page), IP address, and the requesting provider.
Log file information is stored for a maximum of 7 days for security reasons (e.g., to investigate misuse or fraud) and then deleted. Data that must be retained for evidentiary purposes is excluded from deletion until the respective incident is resolved.

Cookies do not harm your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies are used to make our website more user-friendly, effective and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser. Most of the cookies we use are so-called “session cookies”. They are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them. These cookies enable us to recognize your browser on your next visit. You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be restricted.
Contact form
If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.
Integration of Third-Party Services and Content
Based on my legitimate interests (i.e., interest in the analysis, optimization, and economic operation of my online offering within the meaning of Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR), I integrate content or service offerings from third parties, such as videos or fonts (hereinafter referred to as "content").
This always requires that the third-party providers of this content perceive the IP address of the user, since they could not deliver the content to their browser without the IP address. The IP address is thus required to display these contents.
I strive to use only content whose respective providers use the IP address solely for delivering the content.
Third-party providers may also use pixel tags (invisible graphics, also known as "web beacons") for statistical or marketing purposes. Pixel tags can evaluate visitor traffic on these website pages.
The pseudonymous information may also be stored in cookies on the user's device and include, among other things, technical information about the browser and operating system, referring websites, time of visit, as well as other information regarding the use of my online offering, and may be linked with such information from other sources.
