Writing has been a passion since my childhood days. Here, you can find the two types of text that I have mainly focused on in the more or less recent past: libretti and academic writing.
The former is just another way to be in touch with the artistic genre that has always fascinated me the most–music theater (or opera, if you will). It is also an artistic means of expression that counterpoints my vocal involvement with theater and challenges me in new ways.
The latter, on the other hand, represents a realm for critical reflection on music practices–past and present–, historical figures and institutions of New Music. Both can be seen as ways to share my thoughts and questions on art and, more generally as well as immodestly, life in general.
